Do you travel?
Absolutely! Traveling is such a wonderful way to experience the world we live in, and I would love to join you on that adventure, wherever it may be. Travel accommodations vary per location (flight, car, and hotel) and are booked by Mia Lile Photography. Can I post my images to social media sites or blogs?
Photos are meant to be shared! Nothing makes me happier than seeing clients share their images. I just ask that you always give credit where credit is due. Give Mia Lile Photography a little love when sharing your images on social media sites and blogs. In fact, you can use #mialilephotography. Don't forget about tagging your other vendors too ;)

Do you require a shot-list?
A list for family photos is necessary so we can make sure everyone is included. Trust me, you don't want to realize a month after your wedding that grandma didn't make it in to any of the family portraits. Beyond family portraits, I prefer not to work off a shot-list. I don't want to miss a moment unfolding in front of me. But if I'm looking down trying to check off bullet-points, I very well might! Not to worry though, I work very hard to capture every important moment. On wedding days, I swear I can be in multiple places at once ;)
How long before I receive my photos?
Weddings | Images are delivered no later than 6 - 8 weeks after the wedding date.
Portraits | Images are delivered no later than 2 - 3 weeks after the session.
How many images will be delivered?
My central focus is to create timeless, and artistic imagery that represents you fully. So the saying rings true, it's about quality not quantity. Depending on which coverage option you choose, you can expect 100-750 images of your wedding. For portrait sessions, you can expect a delivery of 50-80 images.
How do I book you?
Weddings | A signed contract and deposit of 30% of the total cost are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
Portraits | Nothing is required to book. Payment is made on the day of the shoot.
Do you offer digital files?
Yes, fully-edited, downloadable, high-resolution images as well as web-ready images are included in all wedding packages via your own personal, private online gallery. Your gallery truly is a one-stop-shop. You can order prints, create calendars, or design a photo album directly from the gallery!
Should I book a second photographer?
Booking a second photographer is available as an a la carte add-on to the package of your choice. It's important to mention that this is a significant addition as the photographers I work with are professionals themselves.
I shoot about 85% of weddings solo with two cameras, allowing me to capture more than you'd expect as one person. Not to mention, I am a hustler! If you are expecting over 150 guests, I would suggest having an additional photographer.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, of course! Should your venue require that vendors provide proof of liability insurance, let me know and I can send you my COI right away.
What are your COVID-19 precautions? Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy?
My absolute priority is the health of my clients and their families. COVID should be the LAST thing on your mind on your wedding day. For that reason, I am happy to wear a mask for the duration of our time together. When possible, I will keep some distance from you & yours!
